P.S. Fatigue may be the result of a medical problem. Low thyroid, low sex hormones, an infection, depression, iron deficiency… the possibilities are endless. Note: To promote quality sleep, avoid Energy Plus within 5 hours of bedtime. Maximum dose is 4 capsules daily and not over 2 capsules every 5 hours. Do not take if you are caffeine sensitive or if you are on Coumadin. It may be advisable to reduce other caffeine containing products and any other green tea supplements. Any side effects, such as “too much energy”, usually disappear within a few days. Avoid if you have an unstable heart condition.
